Little B’s Bomber Club                  

Dear Parents/ Guardians,

Thank you for considering Barnum Little B’s Bomber Club for your before and after school care needs.  Enclosed in this packet are the parent handbook, registration form, weekly schedule, and release form.  Please read the handbook carefully and complete the downloadable registration form, a regular or weekly schedule and return it to Little B’s, Attn: Bomber Club, PO Box 198, Barnum, MN 55707. 

It is Little B’s philosophy to provide professional, quality care to meet each child’s physical, emotional, social, developmental and educational needs while in our program.  We believe by allowing the child space to grow, to be themselves, to enjoy their time in our center and participate in educational activities, we can provide the best possible care for your child. 

It is our goal to be the best place for your child when they can’t be at home with their parents!  We will provide a warm, loving, healthy, safe, and stimulating environment for your children.  All aspects of the child’s development are considered as their needs are met.  Little B’s will be respective of culture, economic, religious, and political status of each and every family.  We strive to keep parents actively involved in the care of their own children.  We encourage parents to review program plans and participate in their child’s development.  Parents should feel free to contribute their ideas to the program.

Little B’s Bomber Club News

Bomber Club has merged with the Youth Center Program as of October 19^th and is located in the Youth Center at the Elementary School.  This will mean a few changes; however, our goal is to continue to provide quality before and after school care programming for your children in Kindergarten through 6^th Grade.  Our hours are 6 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. and 3 p.m to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Little B’s also cares for children ages 6 weeks-preschool at our site across from the High School.  They currently have openings for children ages 3-5 years old.  Little B’s Early Childhood Learning Center hours are 5 a.m. to 7 p.m.   Call 389-9807 to register for Little B’s and Bomber Club!! 

Registration/ Fees: 
One time registration fee of $25.00
Before-School care is $5.00
After-school care until 4:30 $4.00
After-school care after 4:30 $8.00
No School care-full day $20.00
No School care-half day $15.00 

Our New Schedule:
 3-3:10 arrival, meet in the cafeteria
3:10-3:30 Outside/ Gym
3:30-3:45 Snack
3:45-4:30 Homework, Journals, Reading
4:30-5:00 Enrichment
5:00-6:00 Open Recreation
*On days that we have 3:30 speakers, homework time will follow. 
*Every Thursday night we are in the Computer Lab from 4:30-6:00.
*Tutoring will continue as individually scheduled.

Then we want you!!!

Attention Community Members and High School Students!!!  Community Education and Bomber Club need your help!  We have kids on a waiting list that need tutoring.  Please volunteer 30-60 minutes of your time to help a child become a better student!  Tutoring takes place at the Elementary School at the time of your convenience.  Please call Little B’s at 389-9807 or the Community Education Office at 389-0108 if you are interested in being a role model for a young child.
